Booking & Appointment Policy

Appointments Only: We do not accept walk-ins.

Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time will incur a fee.

Late Arrivals: If you're running more than 15 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible. We may need to reschedule if there is insufficient time for your service.
Warranty Policy

Covered: Our 10-year warranty protects against bubbling, peeling, and film defects after the tint has fully cured.

Not Covered: Peeling from rolling windows down too soon, scratches, or damage caused by the customer.

Repairs: If an issue arises, we will inspect the tint and, if covered, will redo it at no additional cost

Aftercare & Maintenance Policy

Curing Time: Tint takes approximately 30 days to fully cure.

First 3-4 Days: You may notice some haziness or imperfections, which is normal. These will disappear as the tint settles.

Window Rolling: Rolling down windows too soon may cause peeling, which is not covered under warranty.

Cleaning: Use only ammonia-free cleaners to maintain the tint.

Front Window Tinting: Tinting on front windows is illegal in BC. We apply light tints only at the customer’s discretion.

Windshield Tinting: We do not offer windshield tinting services.
